Dr. Becker is a 2003 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and completed a Small Animal Behavior residency training program at Penn in 2021–2022. She is the founder of Veterinary Behavior and Wellness of Bucks County, LLC, where she provides comprehensive behavior consultations for dogs and cats with concerns such as anxiety, noise phobias, and fear-based aggression. She is excited to continue building this important work alongside her clinical care at Sycamore.
Dr. Becker is already familiar with Sycamore, having worked relief shifts with the team in the past, and she’s looking forward to rejoining in a more permanent role. In addition to her focus on behavior, she enjoys general practice medicine—particularly internal medicine and geriatrics. She is passionate about Fear Free care and creating supportive, positive experiences for both pets and their families.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Becker enjoys gardening with her two daughters, writing for veterinary practice management publications, and spending time with her three pets: Lewis (a chihuahua), Quinn (an English setter), and a rescued island dog from Turks & Caicos.
