Safety Protocols
Dear SVH family and friends,
We want to thank you for your patience and understanding over the past few months. Your support has helped us protect our staff and clients while allowing us to continue to provide the best care for your pets. As our local area moves to the next phase of emergence from the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted you to know we will be continuing our safety protocols in adherence to state and local guidelines. It is of utmost importance that we do our very best to keep you and our staff safe as we shift into the green phase.
The green phase guidelines emphasize that we continue to maintain social distancing during this time. We will be continuing with the following measures to protect you and our staff:
Curbside Service: Curbside services are available for patient pick-ups and drop-offs, and for picking up prescriptions and diets. We ask you to please stay in your car upon arrival and call us at (215) 968-0509 and we will assist you as quickly as we can.
Universal Masking: You can expect our staff to wear a face mask for your safety and the safety of their colleagues and we ask you to also wear a face mask or covering when utilizing our curbside services.
We appreciate all of our wonderful clients for helping us all stay safe during this time, and especially for your patience as we continue to care for your beloved pets. We miss seeing those familiar faces at the end of the leash and look forward to the time we can allow our clients to enter the building. We understand the frustrations of telephone call communication and parking lot waiting periods and we thank you very much for your cooperation as we also navigate practicing this way.
We sincerely hope that during the next few weeks, as the CDC monitors the situation, we all continue to see a decline in positive cases and are well on our way to getting back to business as usual.
Please continue to call us to discuss your pet’s needs or to schedule an appointment. We look forward to seeing you and your pets soon!
Your sincerely,
The veterinarians and staff of Sycamore Veterinary Hospital
